Links to interesting places, or I think so anyway. These are some websites I visit frequently, where I shop, or links I thought you might like to check out.eHarlequin: Whether you are a reader or writers, eHarlequin is the place to find whatever you want for romance. You can buy books, download ebooks, meet authors, find writing guidelines, support, and informations. . .it's everything Harlequin. I pop by there most days, usually posting on the Blaze or Superromance boards. Natasha Kern Literary Agency My agent's website. If you are a writer looking for an agent, check out the site. If you are a reader looking for some great books, check out the site. Barbara Vey's Beyond the Book Blog. Very informative on book industry, sales, genres, just about everything. Caught By Surprise -- An eHarlequin Online Read, Spin-off to Caught In The Act Coffee House Mystery Website I love coffee, and I love reading the Cleo Coyle Coffee House mysteries. This website has lots of fun coffee-related stuff, and the books are terrific. Coffee Fool : Speaking of coffee, this is where we buy ours. I have at least three hits of the Velvet Hammer every morning (get your mind out of the gutter—it's really just a good dark roast). Free Will Horoscopes: It doesn't matter if you believe in astrology or not, these are fun to read and will offer a little insight along the way. New scopes up every Wednesday. Televisionary: Written by a TV insider named Jace, it's up to date (and even way ahead of time) television review and discussion. There is so much information here I can't keep up, but it's a great blog for anyone who enjoys TV. Heritage Foods: This is where we buy all of our meat products so that we know we are eating meat that comes from sustainable small farms where animals are treated well. The prices are higher than your grocery store (though prices listed include shipping, which is Fed Ex and fast, so really, it's a good deal). All People Quilt When I am not writing, I am either outside or sewing, and I have found several very good patterns and resources at this website. I like their Quilts and More magazine issues in particular. I also have some pictures of some of my quilts on my Facebook page. Despair.com These never fail to give me a good chuckle, no matter how many times I see them. I have smaller calendar cards of my favorite demotivators just to put on my fridge. Some of my favorites are "Procrastination" "Irresponsibility" and "Consistency." Syracuse Links — if you want to know more about where I live:..and one of my favorite annual events: |
